The TEEFS Foundation supports animal rescues and sanctuaries by offering the resources, tools, and partnerships they need to keep going. We walk alongside the people doing the hard work, quietly lifting the load, expanding their reach, and cheering them on.
Rescue work shouldn’t mean burnout.
Animal welfare work, though fueled by love, can be isolating and heavy. Rescue workers may have not realized that starting a rescue or sanctuary meant starting a business.
They pour so much of themselves into saving lives, behind the scenes functions and finding money wherever they can that they often forget the impact of collaboration. The pressure builds to do more, save more, be more. And when the system feels broken and you’re one person trying to hold it all together, burnout crashes in.
Too many incredible, compassionate people are walking away from rescue or losing themselves in it. We want to change that.

Our Mission:
To advance animal welfare by equipping rescues, sanctuaries, and communities with the tools, education, and partnerships they need to succeed. We foster collaboration, raise awareness, and deliver the support necessary so that animal care organizations can focus on saving lives.
